Hail To The King, Baby: Why Bruce Campbell Should Be More Respected Than He Is

Now, for those who have seen "The Evil Dead" Trilogy, this picture might be familiar:
This is Bruce Campbell. The hero and the most iconic character in "The Evil Dead". Very little people know of him and to be honest he should be more respected for his roles. This is:
REASONS WHY BRUCE CAMPBELL IS AWESOME

1) His Chin
I know what most people are saying while reading this. "How can you say someone's chin is a reason for that person to be classed as awesome?" Well to be honest have you actually seen his chin. It looks like God Himself took a large rock and crafted Bruce's face himself with a hammer and chisel.
Look at that chin.
2) His Quotes.
Now anyone who has seen Evil Dead 3: Army Of Darkness will know what I mean when I say Bruce Campbell has the greatest quotes in this series. The quotes have also been used in Duke Nukem games as well and even the cover of Duke Nukem 3D is a parody of Army Of Darkness.
See the resemblance?
Here is a Bruce Campbell quote for you:
"Alright you Primitive Screwheads, listen up! You see this? This... is my boomstick! The twelve-gauge double-barreled Remington. S-Mart's top of the line. You can find this in the sporting goods department. That's right, this sweet baby was made in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Retails for about a hundred and nine, ninety five. It's got a walnut stock, cobalt blue steel, and a hair trigger. That's right. Shop smart. Shop S-Mart. You got that!"
And there you have it reasons to respect Bruce Campbell a lot more.

Paper, Snow, A GHOST......Of Sparta?

Discussion of today is going to be about Kratos and Mortal Kombat.
As Mortal Kombat fans know, Kratos (from the respectably known Playstation game series God Of War) will be in the newest game, if this is a surprise, then Kratos (from the respectably known Playstation game series God Of War) will be in the newest Mortal Kombat game (exclusively for PS3).
Kratos: God of War
Now here's a question, why would they bring this character into a Mortal Kombat? Well look at him, he looks like he would fit into Mortal Kombat perfectly, it's not as though he's timid or lame, he took out Ares, Hades, Poseidon, Helios, Hermes, Hercules, Cronos, Hephaestus, Hera and Zeus. So it will be exciting to see Kratos tear apart Scorpion, Raiden, Sub Zero and the rest.
However the only question is his fatality move: does the player would have to do a mini game similar to those in God of War where you have to press buttons quickly to initiate killing an enemy? Personally, I would doubt it.
Kratos and Sub-Zero
So what's next for Kratos?
Well, we'll have to wait and see.

The Mighty Branding Of Batman's Equipment (Including The Bat-Buns)

Batman

Now I would like to discuss the items in which Batman has Branded "Bat (insert word here)" and how his equipment ranges. First of all we have the Batmobile:
Batmobile

This is the vehicle Batman primarily uses to stop his enemies and it has been changed quite a lot. I decided to use a more stereotypical image for the Batmobile so I could show you what it looks like (in a nutshell).
The next topic we have is the Batcave:
Batcave

This is Batman's base (a subterannean cave under Wayne Manor) in which he is able to research his villains and look at past crimes related to his enemies.
Next is the other vehicles he uses: The Batplane
Batplane

and the Batboat:
 Batboat

Now for the more unconventional items. First of all let's discuss the Batladder:

Batladder

The Batladder was seen in the 60's Batman movie along with one other item: The Shark Repellent Batspray:

The Repellent Batsprays

The last 2 items on our agenda include the Batnipples and the Batbuns:

Batnipples

Now why must we see Batmans stiff nipples in a movie? Why? Why? Why? It's just so violating. Even worst is the Batbuns.

Batbuns
Now why the hell do we have to see Batman's tight ass? It's so wrong and violating to see. Who would want to see that, on screen and in your face? It's not even needed to stop crime.
So there you have it, Batman's equipment. Stay tuned next time.

Warlock's Are Enemies Of God: The Easter Egg Of The JK Rowling Plagiarising JRR Tolkien Series

I just realised something about 2 minutes ago.
The image of Rubeus Hagrid was taken from JRR Tolkien's The Hobbit character Beorn.
Just look:
 Hagrid
Beorn
See the similarity?

Titles? Titles? I don't think "Titles" will rescue you

I'm sure, of course, my only follower (thanks Ondeh) is wondering why I use such rubbish for Titles of my Blogs. The answer of course is in college. When I started this blog, the first thing I heard was from a classmate who said "Iced Tea is like Crack" which I felt was just brilliant for an introduction to my blog.
The title "Warlocks Are Enemies Of God" came from a documentary called Jesus Camp and the title "Tablet Is Like Heroin" came from the same student who gave me the title for my first post. The title of this blog is a mockery of a quote from The Riddler in "Batman Forever".
So there you have it. And for you're entertainment here's an image of a Big Daddy from Bioshock:

Tablet Is Like Heroin

Now I would like to discuss about films and whether or not films are now overdoing it in CGI. Jurassic Park is a Steven Spielberg film released in 1993, highly appreciated for it's great use in CGI. it has been highly respected for this reason alone. The Matrix is another great film which has been highly appreciated for it's use of "bullet time", which is when the viewer is able to see a moment (such as someone firing a gun) in slow motion.
 Jurassic Park
The Matrix
Now, most people may be asking why I am talking about these two movies, well I would like to compare 2 great films from the 1990's to 2 films from the 2000's.
Now in 2009 a film by James Cameron came out: yes I am talking about Avatar. Now I thought this was an OK film. I'm not here to criticise the plot, only the use of CGI in the film. Personally, I felt that this film used way too much CGI overall. I feel it should have used less. This is because, to be quite truthful, the film was absolutely ruined by it. Another film which was ruined due to excessive CGI is 2007's Transformers (directed by Michael Bay). To be quite truthful, I felt this was a horrendous film regardless of CGI usage.
 Avatar
Transformers
Now here's a question. How is it that films from the 90's (such as Jurassic Park and The Matrix) are able to successfully make CGI look good in their films, where as films in the noughties (such as Avatar and Transformers) just excessively use it and more or less ruin the film?
To be honest the fact is that film directors should just go back to what the 90's looked like and not overdo the CGI.
stay tuned

Burzum VS Bullet For My Valentine: More Plagiarism?

I feel I should continue this theme of one thing taking ideas from another. This time, instead of it being Literature, it will be music; specifically metal.
in the late 80's/very early 90's a Black Metal act named Burzum wrote a song named "War". This song has one of the most known guitar riff's in Black Metal.
In 2005, a Welsh metal band called Bullet For My Valentine (for fans BFMV) wrote a song called "Hand of Blood" which is arguably defined as one their best songs (I'm not a fan).
You are all probably wondering why I am discussing these 2 contrasting Bands. But the simple fact is that I am sick and tired of hearing immature people say "Oh my God, I really want to know how Bullet For My Valentine created the opening guitar to "Hand Of Blood"
The fact is that if you listen to Burzum's "War" and then Bullet For My Valentine's "Hand Of Blood" you will notice that the opening riff to "Hand Of Blood" is very similar to the main riff of "War".
Now I must ask why is it that musicians now have the urge to take styles from underrated bands and pass it as their own. I mean does it not show that the musicians in question are just so generically mediocre that they have to take riffs from more talented musicians, just because they can't make their own music.
Varg Vikernes: Burzum
I'll finish it with that.
